scouty day

woke up in the morning. looked at my watch. 930!! for a moment, i thought it was saturday and i had to go to sch at 9 for the videotaking. panicky moment. lol, then when i realised it was sunday, i returned to normal.

went to check the scores for epl. 1-0 CHELSEA... zZz.. super tyco man. oh well, MAN U's gonna win anyway! lol, then chatted a bit with random ppl who's awake at such an early hour before finally setting off for j8.

thought i was gonna be late. turned out i was second earliest after raj. 11 sharp. niceee. haha, stoned at mos while waiting for the rest. to cut a long story short, we shifted the venue to macs and the rest soon arrived. the rest = guo rui, mrs ng, ms liew, raj, cm, kok and i. held the meeting to discuss some scouty issues. not bad la.

one of the highlights of the discussion was whether corporal punishment (euphemism for 'push ups', really) should be allowed and its effects on discipline. lol, it was long, but in the end, with my 'charm' and 'persuasiveness', we managed to arrive at a concession.. i guess xD nah.. big ego aside, we thought that the standards of the troop have plunged since we have adopted the 'softer' approach... etc...

wen xian's bdae is today! april fool's day! lol, saw him and his class celebrating it at j8.. aww.. so nice. 3H seems like one of the more active classes around *envy* haha. anyway, it's APRIL FOOL'S DAY! oh man, my only prank played failed 'cos willy lost his hp! xD lol, then raj and i deliberated whether or not to prank a girl.. but realised it was too risky if u get what i mean... =X

oh yea. i also realised one thing abt myself. the 'button' to turn my high mode on is to sing songs, preferably with me. hahaha. singgggging serves as a platform for you to let loose, let go, and let freeeeeeee!

haha, k. that was lame i guess. anyway, 2 MORE DAYS!!! isn't it sooooooooo exciting? mmm top 15 from bb. quite interesting actually. oh well, maybe i shld come up with a back up plan. fencing maybe? ahhhh! shld have trialled and gone for their camp! sounds so fun.

p.s. i realised contract bridge rocks. must absorb more knowledge from pros =) and i heard hanlin > hu ching in bridge. haha.
