naruto movie 3

mmm woke up this mornining knowing that my fever's gone! w00t! haha luckily so, 'cos if it still came up today, i was told to go take a blood test to find out if it's dengue. scary.

but it's ok! everything's fine now! hahaha just need more rest. hopefully i can sleep and rest well enough to go for tomorrow's scout camp. yup =)

anyway, was watching naruto movie 3 just. 1h 30 mins. not bad. although i appreciate the producers' efforts in pervading the naruto series with consistent and recurring themes such as friendship, trust, honour, keeping promises, loyalty and many more, thus allowing audience to recognise a cumulative value system, it should dawn upon them that after a while the novelty effect will definitely wear off, and audiences may get 'desensitized' in a way (in other words, get bored xD). yup, naruto movie 1 was simply superb! naruto movie 2 was not bad. naruto movie 3 was ok.

while all 3 movies each has their unique elements and storyline to it, there are many striking similarities that allow audiences who have already watched movies 1 and 2 to predict what the outcome will be. as such, the movie wasn't as interesting and exciting as previous ones. fighting scenes were pretty dull too.
