woke up early and managed to more or less complete sea (history). still need to find some history pros and discuss! especially the difference/similarities in the development of nationalism under each foreign rule. ><
an interesting day.
went to have lunch with raj, vinod and funx. met junhao on my way there and invited him to eat with us. haha! it was actually quite interesting and fun catching up with seniors. asked him about his batch and how they were doing. come to think of it, i think our batch is quite fortunate to have one another. at least we still catch up, talk, have fun and go on gatherings/outings. heard that their batch never met up any more =|
an embarrassing day.
lol. er. really quite zZz >< 'cos we were in raja block studying in an air-conditioned classroom so we occasionally got bored of studying and do lame/crazy/stupid stuff. then one part i got up and declared that i shall learn how to do 'flip-up' (aka 'backflip' in scout dance terms). haha dun really know what the exact name is... jean corrected me once. but memory loss i think. anyway, 'cos it was really really my first time trying out, so...
i flopped.
and landed on the ground hard. ouchhh.
please la, first time leh! i never use my legs properly i realised. lol so i keep attempting the move in futility. =( BUT having been inspired by thomas edison, i told my friends (who at this moment were cracking in laughter, though i dunno what's so funny about me getting injured. sadistic people!) that if he could fail 9999 times before succeeding, i could do it too!
i've tried 15 times thus far =)
an ants-free day.
wow. first time i haven't seen any ants around at home. as my house was unlucky enough to be in the way of some massive ant-migration movement, you can see ants crawling everywhere >< k not really EVERYWHERE, but quite a lot of places, which is disgusting enough. i really hope the ants would be more considerate and stop treating my house (esp my room!) like some amusement park! arghhhh. hmmm maybe not seeing them anymore = they've finished migrating? =)
a tiring day.
k feeling super tired now. mugging in school is good. can't mug at home. must sleep.

Blue often denotes injury, such as in the phrase "black and blue," since it is the colour of a bruise. Blue is also used as a word to denote a sad or melancholy state, as in depression, or simply a state of deep contemplation (however, the phrase "blue skies," referring to sunny weather, implies cheerfulness).
Blue is often a colour used to symbolize honesty and trustworthiness. Connected to this, blue traditionally is associated with the Christian virtue faith. Hence, it may also mean naivité, being "blue-eyed". In Scandinavia this expression is used for people who are easily tricked or cheated, and in Japanese the word "aoi," meaning "blue," also indicates innocence and inexperience. The German word for blue is used for "drunk".
