POTATOES!
There are 10 sacks of potatoes.
Each sack contains 10 potatoes.
Each potato weighs 10g.
However, there is 1 sack of potatoes in which the potatoes weigh only 9g.
If you were only allowed to use the weighing machine once, how do you determine which sack contains the 10 potatoes weighing 9g each?
haha i can't believe leon thye came up with the answer within 10 mins! it was an amazing answer and really smart of him! then when he solved the light bulb puzzle in 5mins, eng how proclaimed him 'einstein'. lol, so it's now 'leon thye the einstein'. nice.

anyway, played 2 games in the afternoon. means i won't be playing any more tonight even though rold was trying to tempt me with "wow means tonight u miss out on the fun" >< haha. i read a short excerpt on 'happiness' and it made me think about it. it said something like 'happiness cannot be found in trivial matters'. if i were to equate 'trivial matters' with gaming, is it true that happiness can't be found in playing?

i think no matter how we define 'happiness', perhaps it is true that happiness can't be found in trivial matters such as gaming. instead, it is found in the social interaction between the players as everyone jokes around and enjoys the time together. after all, it is not easy to find something in common with another person all the time, and perhaps games can provide this intangible bridge between gamers, linking us together.

but i think ultimately, it boils down to the people too. everyone has to be willing to find fun in the game and not take it too seriously sometimes. =)
k it's 10 now. can't blog anymore. i borrowed an interesting book so that i can spend my time reading instead of being tempted into playing. xD oh ya. er i'm supposed to mug. but i can't really mug at night. the moment i turn on my com and msn, i'm a goner. studies can be thrown out of the window.
