everyone faces conflicts in their lives from time to time. today, conversations with a few of my frens made me realise that the much romanticized relationships that everyone seems to be seeking out does have its fair share of problems - problems that many would not even foresee or glimpse.
but i think ultimately, one should keep in mind that girls are still the more emotional and sensitive bunch of the two sexes and we should really treat them nicer. ok, that may have sounded biased somehow, but really, girls are more in tune to their emotions than guys who prefer the physical and the straightforward. i guess most guys prefer to deal with something of a less complex nature than to get entangled in the confounding web of intricacy and questions that relationships tend to spin. and sometimes, we may find that guys rush into the heat of matters and fail to consider the feelings of our counterparts. yes that's ggxx. so guys, let's start being nicer if we haven't already done so. ;)

and another problem identified tonight appears to lie in the fields of conformism (haha the word 'conformism' reminds me of zixin's imba art painting xD). i dunno, but somehow when things don't seem to go right for us, we tend to become more incline towards subscribing on to drastic measures in a desperate attempt to alter opinions and change mindsets of others in order to gain acceptance. AND I DEFINITELY DON'T BELIEVE IN THIS!
I DON'T THINK ANYONE SHOULD EITHER! never change one's nature and do something drastically different from our core character all just for the sake of conforming to the masses. the fact that one has even considered and endeared such a possibility has already registered the presence of such unhealthy temptations. it's not easy to revert back once we have tainted ourselves by immersing in beliefs or values we normally are against. i would believe that the stain is an indelible one.
so my friends, don't conform! be yourself and that's what friends cherish the most - honesty. =)
and today, i've used this phrase quite a lot of times in convos , and found it quite meaningful. haha, somehow it seems to fit into many context (got plural form of context or not?).
It is always easier to walk the easy road than travel the righteous path.no one said making the right decisions in life was easy. it takes more than moral courage and unwavering determination to do something correct. it takes humanity.
GGXX. i just read harry potter. and i'm also stuck thinking about changing my pw drastic shift! somehow our initial shift seems sort of vague and it's giving me lots of headache just thinking about it. GGXX. =(
but on a side note, i somehow got my face published on some college day thingy along with one million and one people? lol weird. but nice surprise nonetheless. =)
