would you please marry me?

"The transition from acquaintanceship to friendship is typically characterized by an increase in both the breadth and depth of self-disclosure," asserts University of Winnipeg sociologist Beverley Fehr, author of Friendship Processes. "In the early stages of friendship, this tends to be a gradual, reciprocal process. One person takes the risk of disclosing personal information and then 'tests' whether the other reciprocates."

interesting article for a fascinating read.

i'm mad. my alarm actually works. slept 4h. ok time to hardcore history.

the morning air so sweet, the tranquil sight one to behold. everything seems so peaceful. from the gentle sway of the trees to the random passer-by walking through the inviting canal. mornings seem to be the time of the day where we can reconcile our souls with nature once again. sit back, close your eyes, and feel the soothing blanket of calm smother you as mother nature speaks to you in a language so foreign, yet so familiar.

unfortunately, living in the cusp of constant change, in a society where time is of essence and work never seems to end, we don't really have the liberty to do such simple but refreshing stuff. and for now...

history, o history,
would you please marry me?
