wait

i think we humans have a very peculiar habit of waiting for things to happen rather than act on them. for everything else, there is always tomorrow - the brighter future stories have depicted that will somehow appear in our lives without us having to work for it.

we say, 'let's wait' even when our hearts are singing to a different tune. we wish to go right, but our feet bring us to the left. it's as if we are all puppets in a puppet show, and the puppeteer has purposely wired us to act erratically.

time seems to be rushing me on now, as if life's a tv and i'm being fast-forwarded through the many different channels.

but anw! haha orientation is getting more and more exciting. just had some highlights meeting today to finalise some plans and stuff. finale and o'nite! very exciting stuff there. oh man, pity i can't go on the 21st to buy stuff with the rest. mmm nvm, i shall try to contribute more before i go away.
