Tuition teachers earn a lot.
Or to be more specific, effective tuition teachers earn a crazy lot.

Imagine teaching a class of 15 charging $200 per person. So that's $3000 a month for one class.
Multiply the number of classes by 10. Now it becomes $30,000 a month, making it $260,000 a year.

haha just a random thought. Anyway, Welfare Handover is finally happening tomorrow! Quite exciting since Welfare really has quite a lot to pass on to the next generation, for it has always been the job with one of the most vague scopes around. But other than the documents and technicalities Giraffe and I are handing over, I hope what my successors will benefit most are the attitude and mindset that is not just important to being the Welfare IC. No, it goes beyond 'important'. It's necessary. haha but I guess I've said it here many times before, if you were to adopt only one attitude today, I would say learn to extend yourself beyond the rigid boundaries. After all, a wise man once said, "the only way of finding the limits of the possible, is to go beyond them into the impossible". And it has certainly served as a good guide throughout these years, just as a lighthouse directs the ship through choppy waters.

and I got to start exercising more often soon! Not long ago, NS seemed like a distant future. Now, it's even less distant. haha and I read this amusing article, "Should Thinner People Fly Cheaper", where it argues that with the rocketing oil prices, transportation fees should take into account the marginal costs of carrying heavier objects. lol healthy body = healthy mind too. And all of us should strengthen our mental capacities ahead of the coming deluge of exams =)

haha just found some photos:
