grad nite.
preparations for decor were quite fun, what with poking wires into styrofoam balls, throwing glitter around, and trying to hang the sparkling artefacts on the ceiling. had a lot of free time to spare and spent the time trying to master the 09 batch dance. haha yes i can remember the steps better now!
and slowly, with all the stuff being prepared, the j2s started trickling in. and all of them really looked quite amazing, the guys with their suits and styled hair, the girls with their make-up and stunning dresses. haha and i can't recognise some of the j2s! i wonder how my batch's grad nite will turn out to be next yr.
keep a smile plastered on your face all the time is actually quite a tiring job. haha yea but that's the job scope of runners and after a while, i got a bit tired of grad nite. after all, walking around the chaotic scene of masses of j2s incessantly taking photos and trying to get people in designated tables to vote properly isn't really that fun a job. haha but oh well, the experience of watching the grad nite ceremony sorts of make up for it i guess. only downside appears to be the emcee who made a total fool out of himself >< and he doesn't seem to realise that.
by the time clean up finished, it was around 1230. reached jiaying's house for yet another stayover at around 1. this time, however, we got a few other non-bb councillors to join us too - naing, weiyuan, charlotte and elton.
went to carpark and talked.
sat by the roadside to wait for ye wei's macs, played games and talk.
haha and in the morning, we watched some parts of moulin rogue! never knew it was that nice. mmm must get a chance to watch the whole movie properly.
ok extremely tired. and just found out that there's ohk meeting tmr. haha oh well, life is tough.
one either decides to do something, or decides not to do something. to remain undecided is foolishness.
so, am i a fool?
come what may.
