hahaha i just woke up not long ago and tried to complete some homework. but i guess the sleep-induced haze is still clouding up my mind so i couldn't really work through the sums. but anw, general meeting yesterday marked the end of this enjoyable and restful week. with match support beginning on monday to archiving everything we've done from then to now, i begin to suspect it will become as hectic, if not more, as last year. certainly, the role of department heads as well as function ics grants us additional workload too, with the immense responsibility to collate the hours done in service during the process of working in the functions or departments. haha as if being in-charge of one function isn't enough, giraffe and i somehow got saboed into working out the administrative mess for investiture too!
but nevertheless, i still love the 27ths! and despite everything - the work, the stress, the lack of time, i somehow find myself feeling excited, eagerly anticipating the impending deluge. haha somehow there's this quote got stuck to my mind, and it reads, "in the midst of difficulty lies opportunity". and it's really apt to our situation right now, cos while it is true that it will be a tiring and arduous journey ahead, this last stretch of our term also promises to be filled with a multitude of opportunities , and i can't help but look forward to it especially since i will be working on a few welfare projects too.
haha have i mentioned i love the 27ths? internal welfare bought me this hugeeeeeeee mushroom and wrote 'nic tong shroom' on it xD hahaha it's actually referring to an internal joke and everyone who saw it was tickled by the cute mushroom. i can go on and on about bb27ths as well as many other councillors who have made an impact in my life, but i'm too tired for details right now.
oh ya! match support t-shirt is finally out! haha it's always a nice feeling to wear a t-shirt designed by yourself and i think it came out quite nice =D this reminds me that there's still the bb shirt to be done haha somehow our discussions stagnated during the CTs. the bb shirt idea is even cooler, cuter and funnier!
hmm i just realised i have like one million and one shirts related to school - house t-shirt, pe t-shirts, befriender shirt, 3 sets of orientation shirts, 3 sets of council camp shirts, match support shirt, highlights shirt! that makes it more than 10 xD haha
and plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz IM REALLY SCANDALLESS! a lot of scandals circulating again -.-" even yijing knew about it and he was telling me just yesterday! madnessssssssssssssssssss.
